Back Again With Killer Ab Workouts For You!

Okay, so you've read my first article on ab exercises, mastered all of them, and now your ready for more?? Well I am back with 5 more that will make the Jersey Shore boys cry for mercy! The first exercise is called the Long Arm Crunch. What you do is lay your body flat on the ground on your back. Hold your hands above your head as if you were diving into a pool. Then you want to crunch your torso forward until you feel it in your abs. This is a great exercise. Remember to always use controlled motions to get the best results. The Reverse Crunch will also make you cry. Just like in the previous exercise, lay on the ground on your back. Lift your legs in the air to create a 90 angle with your body. Then pull your knee's to your chest and then move them back to the starting position. This exercise will not only work your abs, but it will also work your quads a little. The Full Vertical Crunch is a great exercise to perform in the morning when you get out of bed. You want to lay on the ground on your back, put your hands behind your head, and your legs in the air to create a 90 degree angle with your body. Crunch your body forward until you feel your abs burning. This is one of my favorite exercises because it also stretches out your legs. The next exercise involves a common piece of equipment found at most gyms. You will need an Ab Roller. You know what I'm talking about...they were very popular on TV in the early 2000's. What you want to do is lay inside of the Ab Roller, and crunch your body forward until you feel the burn. This is an exercise that you can easily do at your house if you own an Ab Roller machine. They are actually pretty cheap. I remember doing this next exercise in high school. This exercise made me hate my coach, no kidding! What you want to do is lay on your stomach. Then put your forearms on the round facing forward. Pull your body up on your toes so that the only parts of your body touching the ground are you toes and your forearms. This does not seem like a tough exercise at first, but trust me, it hurts bad. If you incorporate these 5 exercises along with the 5 exercises in my previous article into your weekly exercise routine, you will have great results. Good luck in your fitness journy!
