Is the exposure to the sun will affect the whitening process or it is bad when I am taking the pills?

Effect of sunlight on skin whitening process:

Sunlight provides Vitamin D, but we all know that it is not safe for our skin to be exposed to it for long time. For the fact that our ozone layer is depleting, our skin can be easily bombarded by UV rays. Exposure to sunlight will indirectly affect the whitening process since it increases the melanin pigments in the skin, thus, might delay the whitening process. It's not really bad to be exposed to the sun but at least have protection such as sun block and be sure not to be exposed for a long period of time.

Exposure to sunlight will not alter the normal effect of glutathione pills and it's not bad to take glutathione while always expose to sunlight. Actually,.studies suggested that a significant fraction of even UVB damage can be mediated by free radical attack and that a major role of glutathione in human skin cells is to protect them from the cytotoxic action of sunlight.

What If I am taking glutathione but most of the time I am exposed to the sun, what will I do?

Use sunblock or sunscreen lotion that has an SPF of 30 or more. It will protect you from the harmful effects of the sun and at the same time will help while taking glutathione for skin whitening purposes.

Glutathione not only whitens the skin but also help in damage cell repair, caused by exposure to sunlight.
